I’m Tim. I’ve been building websites and software since 2004, mostly for people with an idea or a process that’s driving them mad.
What I do
Most of the people I work with have something that's been nagging at them for a while, an idea they keep coming back to or a job that takes far longer than it should. I help get that out of their head and into something that actually works, without a mountain of meetings along the way.
01
First I'll ask what it's actually for. Plenty of ideas change shape once we talk them through.
02
Then I pick tools that suit the job, usually something boring and reliable rather than this week's shiny thing.
03
Then I build it, get it in front of real people early, and tweak it based on what they actually do.
